What is TPOCAR?

TPOCAR is short for "The predicament of Charlie and Rayne".
This website is dedicated to the lives of Charlie and Ray.
Some days they lounge at home, other days they escape death.
It's usually the first one, because they're lazy bums.

Who is Charlie?

Charlie has generally short hair with two long pieces of hair in the front.
His haircolor is GINGER!!!11!1!1!
He likes to eat raw meat, locusts, and enemies.
His favorite thing to (attempt to) eat is Ray.
But that's only for fun, no Rays are harmed in the process.
He's quite smart but doesn't know how to use a computer. His personality is like
his hair, spikey and weird and a buncha stuff.
Animals do not like him.

Who is Rayne?

Rayne, typically shortened to Ray, has short black hair with an ahoge at his right.
He's got constant bedhead. A haircut would be in order, preferably ASAP.
Ray doesn't really have any hobbies, except for complaining.
He used to be good at studying, but that's thrown out the window by now.
While Ray has a sweet tooth and likes essentially all desserts,
he has a preference for crème brûlée.
Can read and write cursive, which isn't that impressive but better than nothing.
